Rejuvenate!

9 Walker Crescent, Whau Valley, Whangarei

Price by Negotiation

Once a much loved home and sanctuary, this three bedroom home is now in need of a little TLC to bring her back to her former glory.  Roll up your sleeves and with love and hard work you will see  how she blossomed in a time past.

Situated in Whau Valley, the location is convenient for many walks of life. You are just around the corner from schools and shops and just a short drive to supermarket and central city,

Built in 1946 you will love the timber flooring, much of it still protected by old carpet, the character of weatherboard cladding and tile roof, and a tidy fenced backyard with garden shed.  A double garage with a story of its own completes the package.

This is a great starter home for those with the energy and the flair for renovation.  If this sounds like you I look forward to meeting you there.

Open Home Sunday, 18 October from 2 to 2.30pm
